CAN CUPS BE SOLD INDIVIDUALLY?

We are only offering them as 5-pack  and some color are sold individually. But please contact us about an specific color and we may be able to make it happen. 

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Afterpay.

WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOM AND TAXES?

The Prices displayed on our site are Tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORKS?

Order will be processed in 1-3 business days. We provide tracking numbers and we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. For more information on shipping check out our Shipping Policy.

WILL I GET MY ORDER IN 2 DAYS?

Estimated shipping time is provided by the shipping carrier not by Evalaxx, we cannot guarantee a date of arrival. Please expect delays and plan accordingly. This time is in ADDITION to our processing time. Carrier times cannot be guarantee once it leaves our hands.

DO YOU HAVE COUPONS FOR 1ST TIME BUYERS?

No, we do not. However, our low prices are always a great deal and we offer free shipping to the lower 48 states on order over $175.00.

WHAT IF I WANT MY REFUND?

No Refunds, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL and cancelations cannot be made once the order has been placed and packaged. 

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A BROKEN ITEM?

No worries! This is why we partnered with Route. If you purchased Route insurance then you are fully covered! Just file a claim on your Route app or contact Route here. This is the fast and easy process to get your order replaced or refunded.

If you declined coverage, Evalaxx does not cover orders once they leave our possession. Please be sure to protect your order.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING?

Please file a claim with Route Protection Package if it was added to your order. If no Route Protection Package was added, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our warehouse is located in League City, Texas, near I45 South. If you are a local customer and would like to pick up instead of shipping, we are open Monday-Saturday from 10am to 4pm for pick ups. If you need the code for free pick up, please send us an email or a message on Instagram
